Chat is a form of communication and online Chat refers to the kind of communication which is between either two persons or a group of persons over the Internet. The tools which are generally and most commonly used for chatting are the internet relay chat like Mirc indir , talkers and instant messengers like yahoo Messenger, Google talk, Sohbet, Skype and etc. Mirc is an internet relay chat is a client for Microsoft Windows and it is been created in the year 1995 and is been basically developed by Khaled Mardam-Bey. It is been considered as a more extensible and versatile Internet Relay Chat, because of its integrated scripting language. It can be downloaded easily and Mirc was founded by Khaled Mardam-Bey, as he felt the other existing internet relay chats lacked some basic features of the internet relay chat and once he started the internet relay chat, and as people started appreciating the features he further made more developments to the system.
